BERNIE, "Sniper"

I started riding in the summer of 85' while I was in Seminary. My first bike was a Honda Nighthawk 450!! I thought I was the coolest Youth Pastor ever! I kept it for about 5 years. Me and that Nighthawk went through marriage, divorce and two babies. Angry with the my Ex -- I sold it and never rode again for 15 years until the summer of 2005. But the call...the longing for the smell of leather and the joy of an open road resonated in my heart! So finally, in 05' I stopped dreaming about riding again and decided to go re-take the Motorcycle Safety Course! I went out and bought a Kawasaki Vulcan Classic 800! Loved that bike!! During that time I found the Free Spirit Chapter and all my new biker buds! After riding with FSC for a season (and receiving all the love, encouragement and support that FSC gives new members) I grew in confidence and felt that during season #2 -- I could upgrade to an even bigger bike! I currently ride a 2007 Yamaha V-Star 1300 Tourer!!! She's big, bad and beautiful!!! My bike, my buds, and an open road --- life couldn't get much better than that!!!
